Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions of sale for the JORAVELI online shop.
Last updated 5 November 2026
These terms apply to every order placed on joraveli.shop. Please read them before you order. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
1. Who we are
joraveli.shop is run by ROBESCU TRADING LTD, trading as JORAVELI, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17560935, registered office 15 Sheppards Close, Newport Pagnell, MK16 0QN, United Kingdom. Email support@joraveli.shop, telephone +44 7857 749123.
2. Who can order
Our shop is for consumers aged 18 or over buying for personal use. We deliver only to the countries listed on our Delivery & import charges page.
3. Products
Our tailoring is sold piece by piece. Each fabric has a number (Fabric 03, 05, 07, 09 and Linen 11), and every piece with the same number is cut from the same cloth, so pieces with the same number can be worn together as a suit. Each product page states the fibre composition, lining, fit, garment measurements for a UK 12 and care instructions. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and patterned cloth (the houndstooth and the pinstripe) can fall slightly differently on each piece. Pieces shown worn together in photographs are sold separately; only the piece named on the product page is included in its price.
4. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency of the delivery country you choose (GBP, EUR, DKK, SEK, NOK, CHF or USD), with the currency code next to the total. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place the order, plus the delivery cost shown before payment. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added at checkout. Orders ship from the United Kingdom; for deliveries outside the UK, import VAT, duties and customs fees may be charged by your country on delivery and are paid by the recipient. If we make an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
5. How the contract is made
When you click “Place order and pay”, you make an offer to buy the goods and agree to pay for them. We send an email confirming that we have received your order; the contract is made when we send you an email confirming dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a payment is not authorised; in that case we refund any amount taken in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection; we never see or store your full card details. Your bank statement will show JORAVELI.
7. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days with tracking. Delivery costs and estimated times for each country are on our Delivery & import charges page. The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us.
8. Your right to cancel
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. How to cancel, the model cancellation form, return costs and refunds are explained on our Returns & refunds page. You can also cancel online with Withdraw from contract here.
9. Faulty goods and your legal rights
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund, and after that you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or a refund or price reduction where these are not possible. Consumers in the EU have at least the two-year legal guarantee that applies in their country. See Returns & refunds.
10. Promotions and suit totals
We do not currently run discount codes or promotions. If we do in future, the conditions will be shown with the offer. Where a page shows the total of a suit (for example a blazer and trousers in the same fabric), the total is simply the sum of the individual prices; there is no bundle price and each piece can be bought, returned and refunded on its own.
11. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
12. Your account and personal data
You can order as a guest or with an account. We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first if you have a complaint; information on dispute resolution is on our Legal Information page.
